Carrot Fries

Here's a super easy recipe that is a delicious way to serve carrots.

Use small baby carrots, slice in half or fourths, and then arrange them around a small bowl of ranch dip as shown here. This is also a great way to use up your homegrown carrots that sometimes look a little strange, because they end up looking so nice and uniform. It's a lot like french fries and ketchup, and if you set this out on the table, it will be gone almost as fast!

Enjoy!

OK, the title made me think of actually making fries with carrots. Don't you think that would be awesome? Or baked carrot fries coated with olive oil and salt? Ooh, my mouth is watering.

Marty, do you mean like fried mushrooms or fried zucchini, only carrots? Yeah, that does sound good. This recipe is a good raw/cold finger food idea!
