For a delicious lunch or dinner entrée serve fresh Atlantic
cod fillets. Cod is a white fish that
has a flaky texture when it is cooked.
Serve cod fish over baby green salad, or as an entrée with steamed
vegetable and wild rice. Cod can also be
served as a sandwich; set the fish fillet on a wholegrain bun and then top cod with lettuce, tomato and spread on Kraft mayo with olive oil for a delicious
and satisfying lunch or light supper for your family.
You can make fresh cod fillet of fish many ways; grilled,
baked, sautéed. blackened or fried. My
husband does the majority of cooking in my home and he likes to make cod on the
gas grill. I like the idea of grilling
the fillet of fish outdoors because it does not heat up or mess up the
kitchen. If you need a quick meal then
grill fresh cod fillets over an open flame and serve with roasted vegetables
and starch of your choice.
Tips:
If you refrain from eating fish because of the fishy taste,
then try making fresh Atlantic cod fillet of fish. This fish has a very mild taste
which means there is no strong fishy taste.

to Make Fresh Cod Fillet of Fish.
